| dc.description | The development of agricultural and agro-industrial sector is in the hands of four determinants actors: the public sector, the private sector, the community and international cooperation, which must act holding hands to search not only of economic growth in the sector ,but also and more importantly, improvement of the living conditions of its inhabitants.
This document is presented as an alternative to the pursuit of that goal, the design of a project that allows the creation of a municipal development fund for the agricultural sector, which based in access to capital and technical assistance, seeks to be the way to generate those conditions.
In the document, the legal, administrative and operational structures arises, the potential economic sources for the establishment of the fund for financing projects, and are established policies and principles that govern the fund. Simultaneously, is established the target market niche for which, and in a special way, the fund’s resources will be allocated. | |
| dc.description | El desarrollo del sector agropecuario y agroindustrial está en manos de cuatro actores determinantes: el sector público, el sector privado, la comunidad y la cooperación internacional, los cuales deben actuar de la mano para la búsqueda no solo del crecimiento económico del sector, si no también y más importante aún, del mejoramiento de las condiciones de vida de sus habitantes.
En este documento se presenta como alternativa para la búsqueda de ese objetivo, el diseño de un proyecto que permita la creación de un Fondo Municipal de Fomento Para el Sector Agropecuario, que basado en el acceso al capital y la asistencia técnica, busca ser la vía para generar dichas condiciones.
En el documento, surge la estructura legal, administrativa y operativa, las posibles fuentes económicas para la constitución del fondo para la financiación de los proyectos y se establecen las políticas y principios que regirán el fondo. Al mismo tiempo, se establece el nicho de mercado objetivo para el cual, y de una manera especial, se asignarán los recursos del fondo. | |
