| dc.description | El presente proyecto de investigación tuvo como objetivos la caracterización alimenticia de la especie íctica Ichthyoelephas longirostris (jetudo), y las condiciones físico-químicas y biológicas del medio donde se desarrolla la especie, se determinó la incidencia de factores de crecimiento y comportamiento, además, los contenidos estomacales de los individuos, y como las diferentes actividades antrópicas que se realizan en la zona de estudio ponen a esta especie en peligro crítico (Mojica J.I, et al 2012), por la alteración del medio donde se desarrolla y las actividades de pesca. Se busca de esta forma aportar con información a programas de mejoramiento, preservación y manejo racional de esta especie, a la vez que sea reconocida para poder desarrollar paquetes tecnológicos que favorezcan su producción y comercialización, para ello se plantearon métodos experimentales de campo (pesca individuos, fisicoquímica hídrica) laboratorio (morfometría, pesajes, análisis contenido estomacal) y análisis (gráficas, tabulaciones, resultados, interpretación, formulación de proyecto), se obtuvo como resultados que la especie es limnófaga, con características omnívoras, estableciendo 13 grupos alimenticios con preferencia al material inerte y vegetal, permitiendo de este modo el desarrollo normal de la biomasa y la longitud en tallas, lo que permite relacionar la oferta alimenticia del medio con el desarrollo biométrico de la especie. | |
| dc.description | This research project aims to determine the diet of the fish species Ichthyoelephas longirostris ( jetudo ) characterize the physico -chemical and biological conditions of the environment where the species grows determining factor is the impact of growth and behavior , analyze the stomach contents of individuals of this species, as problems identifying the little knowledge we have of this species, the various human activities that are performed in the study area put this critically endangered species (Mojica JI , et al 2012) , by altering the environment in which it develops and fishing activities . It thus seeks to provide information to breeding programs, conservation and rational management of this species , at once recognized it to develop technological packages that encourage production and marketing , it is proposed to continue experimental field methods (fishing individuals, physicochemical water) laboratory (morphometry, weighing , stomach content analysis) and analysis (charts), tabulations, results, interpretation , project formulation), obtaining as results limnófaga is a species with omnivorous characteristics , establishing 13 food groups in preference to inert plant material , thus allowing the normal development of biomass and length in size , allowing to relate the food supply of the medium with the biometric development of the species. | |
