| dc.description | En el presente artículo se pretende conocer las políticas implementadas en Perú en materia de infraestructura portuaria, para evaluar que tan efectivas han sido y como han ayudado a mejorar la economía peruana. Para esto se realizó una investigación desde la apertura económica y como fue mejorando la infraestructura gracias a esta.
Posteriormente, se analizaron las estrategias y/o políticas de modernización institucional, la incorporación de capital y la gestión de privados en la explotación de puertos y terminales que permitió mejorar la demanda de carga, incluyendo el tráfico de naves, volviendo más competitivo y eficiente al país en gestiones portuarias. | |
