| dc.description | RESUMEN: Desde el análisis del desarrollo, interesado por comprender las tensiones y articulaciones entre la planeación y los procesos históricos de configuración territorial que se producen en contextos geohistóricos específicos, se identifica un proyecto de planeación estratégica implementado recientemente en el departamento de Antioquia, noroccidente de Colombia. Se hace visible la disparidad entre la lógica de la planeación y la pluralidad de espacialidades y se propone que el ejercicio de la planeación debe ser rediseñado a partir del reconocimiento de su emergencia y alcances en el marco de la modernidad, a la par que de una crítica a la forma en que su implementación suele simplificar u ocultar otras lógicas espaciotemporales. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT: From the analysis of development, and interested in understanding the tensions and articulations between planning and historical processes of territorial configuration that are produced in specific geohistorical contexts, the article identifies strategic planning project recently implemented in the Department of Antioquia, northwestern Colombia. It makes visible the disparity between the logic of planning, and the plurality of spatialities and proposes that the exercise of planning should be redesigned based on the recognition of its emergence and accomplishments in the framework of modernity, at the same time that it criticizes the form in which its implementation tends to simplify or hide spatial-temporal logics. | |
