| dc.description | RESUMEN: Este artículo muestra el desarrollo y los resultados de la investigación titulada Sobre la evaluación de la renovación curricular puesta en marcha desde 1997 en la Universidad de Antioquia, cuyo objetivo, como su nombre lo enuncia, fue la evaluación de la renovación curricular de los programas de pregrado de la sede de central de la Universidad de Antioquia durante el período de 1997 - 2009. Esta investigación se ejecutó en dos momentos, el primero, con realización de un estudio de archivos cuyo objetivo fue indagar por los conceptos que fundamentaron la renovación curricular en los diferentes programas de pregrado, para lo cual se recolectaron y compararon los documentos que soportaban las reformas curriculares. Con los conceptos obtenidos -flexibilidad, interdisciplinariedad, articulación de la teoría y la práctica, formación integral, pertinencia, formación en investigación y transversalidad-, se diseñaron las preguntas delos instrumentos de evaluación. El segundo momento fue el trabajo de campo, donde se aplicaron los instrumentos de evaluación del currículo a estudiantes y profesores de las diferentes dependencias académicas, en las cuales se verificó el desarrollo de la renovación curricular, para luego interpretar, desde la hermenéutica, dicha información y llegar a una unidad de sentido sobre la cultura investigativa que ha invadido los currículos de nuestra universidad. | |

This article shows the development and results of the research entitled On the evaluation of curriculum renewal implementation since 1997 at the University of Antioquia, whose objective, as its name states, was the evaluation of curriculum renewal programs undergraduate central headquarters of the University of Antioquia, during the period 1997 to 2009. This research was carried out in two stages, the first, a study whose objective was to file inquire about the concepts behind the curriculum renewal in different degree programs, for which were collected and compared the documents that supported the reforms the curriculum. With the obtained concepts-flexibility, interdisciplinarity, articulation of the theory and practice, comprehensive training, relevance, and cross-disciplinary research trainingquestions were designed assessment instruments. The second was the field where applied curriculum assessment tools for students and teachers from different academic departments, which was verified in the development of curriculum renewal, then interpret, since hermeneutics, this information and become a unit of meaning on the research culture that has invaded our university curricula. | |
