| dc.description | RESUMEN: El desarrollo de la práctica académica profesional la cual se desarrolló en el centro de articulación para la innovación y la transformación social de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y humanas de la Universidad de Antioquia, la cual se desarrolló en la Corporación Corazones verdes del municipio de Caucasia con el objetivo de describir aproximaciones de como la intervención social Contribuye al fortalecimiento interno de una organizaciones sociales del municipio de Caucasia sobre la dimensión estratégica-administrativa por medio de estrategias formativas, la cual se desarrolló por medio de 4 talleres formativos, centrados en el fortalecimiento de la identidad empresarial, resolución de conflictos, construcción de portafolio de servicio y la ruta de oportunidades, que repercute en la sostenibilidad, sustentabilidad de las intervenciones desarrolladas en el territorio.

| dc.description | ABSTRACT: The development of the professional academic practice which was developed in the center of articulation for innovation and social transformation of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of the University of Antioquia, which was developed in the Green Hearts Corporation of the municipality of Caucasia with the objective of describing approaches of how social intervention contributes to the internal strengthening of a social organization of the municipality of Caucasia on the strategic-administrative dimension through training strategies, which was developed through 4 training workshops, focused on strengthening the business identity, conflict resolution, construction of service portfolio and the route of opportunities, which affects the sustainability and sustainability of the interventions developed in the territory.
