dc.descriptionRESUMEN: La monografía: “límites y transgresión de la ley y la autoridad en la infancia. Una lectura desde el psicoanálisis freudiano” es una investigación de tipo revisión documental que busca comprender la incidencia de la ley y los límites desde una perspectiva del psicoanálisis freudiano, y la posible tendencia a la transgresión a la ley que se da en la infancia. Para ello, primero se busca precisar la noción de infancia desde una perspectiva del psicoanálisis freudiano, teniendo en cuenta los cambios que se han tenido en la definición de esta noción durante la historia de la humanidad; posteriormente, se realiza un acercamiento a la noción de cultura, ley e introyección del superyó desde una aproximación del psicoanálisis freudiano, en la cual se enfatiza sobre la función que cumplen la familia y las instituciones sociales en la transmisión de la ley; finalmente, se realiza un acercamiento a la noción de la autoridad y cómo en los discursos actuales, desde una perspectiva psicoanalítica, se piensa la transgresión en los niños e infancia.

A reading of Freudian psychoanalysis" is a documentary review investigation that seeks to understand the influence of the law and limits from the perspective of Freudian psychoanalysis and the possible tendency to the transgression of the law in childhood and infacy. For that, it is first sought to specify the notion of childhood and infavy from the perspective of Freudian psychoanalysis, taking into account the changes that have been made in the definition of this notion during the history of humanity, then, an approach to the notion of culture, the law and superego introjetion, from an approximade of Freudian psychoanalysis in which the role of the family and social institutions in the transmission of the law is transmission, finally, an approach is made to the notion of authority and how in current discourses, from a psychoanalytic perspective, transgression in children and childhood is thought of.
