| dc.description | RESUMEN: La oclusión del tronco principal de la arteria coronaria izquierda (TPI) no protegido es poco observada durante la realización de angioplastia primaria en infarto agudo de miocardio, posiblemente en parte por la baja probabilidad de sobrevivir al evento el tiempo suficiente para llegar a un hospital. Reportamos cinco casos de pacientes tratados con angioplastia primaria con presentación y evolución clínica diferentes, resaltando la asociacion con choque cardiogénico, su alta mortalidad y el papel de la reperfusión primaria. | |
