dc.descriptionRESUMEN: En esta investigación, se consolidan los resultados de un acercamiento dialógico entre el investigador y un grupo de mujeres que decidieron privilegiar el discurso, para dar cuenta de sus saberes construidos territorial e históricamente en razón de su lugar en el marco laboral, a partir de la construcción y apropiación de una serie de habilidades y competencias que posibilitan su interacción diaria con el medio y la vinculación con los otros en el marco del empleo, atendiendo de esta manera al protagonismo necesario de las mujeres como conocedoras de su situación actual y promotoras de procesos de integración a la esfera pública, lo que sin duda se ve fundamentado en un estado del arte que comprende la revisión documental de los elementos involucrados y de los postulados que desde la psicología esclarecen el panorama para comprender de manera integral este fenómeno, con la intención de garantizar la relación inherente y necesaria entre la teoría y la práctica.
dc.descriptionABSTRACT: In this research , the results of a dialogic approach between the researcher and a group of women who decided to privilege speech consolidate, to account for their knowledge built territorial and historically because of their place in the working environment , from the construction and appropriation of a range of skills and competencies that enable their daily interaction with the media and linking with others in the employment context , taking thus the necessary visibility of women as knowledge of their current and promoters situation process integration into the public sphere , which undoubtedly is based on a state of the art comprising the document review of the elements involved and the principles that from psychology clarify the outlook for comprehensive understanding of this phenomenon , with the intention to guarantee the inherent and necessary relationship between theory and practice.
