dc.descriptionRESUMEN: El presente artículo indaga por el desempeño y prácticas políticas de un grupo político del Partido Liberal antioqueño, liderado por Néstor de Jesús Hincapié, conocido como el grupo político de la Universidad de Medellín. Para dicha exploración se tomó como referente teórico los aportes de trabajos de han indagado sobre la forma como se configuran las organizaciones políticas y complementariamente, como estas funcionan y se sostienen en los diferentes comicios. Paralelamente, este ejercicio hermenéutico vislumbra la manera como estas organizaciones políticas configuran lo que en la actualidad conocemos como “casas políticas” Por eso, este trabajo se propone indagar por un grupo específico, para comprender los patrones organizacionales y su relación con aspectos personales de los líderes más representativos del equipo. Claro está, este análisis no quedaría completo sin tener en cuenta el efecto de los contextos culturales e históricos que permitieron el desarrollo de este fenómeno.
dc.descriptionABSTRACT: This paper investigates the performance and political practices of a political group of the Antioquia Liberal party, led by Néstor de Jesús Hincapié, known as the polítical group of the University of Medellín. For this exploration, were taken theorical contributions of works that have inquired about the way in which political organizations are configured and, in addition, how they work and are maintained in the different elections. In parallel, this hermeneutical exercise shows the way in which these political organizations shape what we now know as “political houses.” Therefore this work aims to investigate an specific group, to understand the organizational patterns and their relationship whit personal aspects of the most representative tem leaders. Of course, this analysis would not be complete without taking into account the effect of the cultural and historical contexts that allowed the development of this phenomenon.
