| dc.description | RESUMEN: en el siguiente informe se muestra en primer lugar, un recuento histórico de la Fundación Patronato, así como su objeto social y sus principales funciones. Posteriormente se precisará cual es el lugar que Trabajo Social como profesión desempeña en dicha Fundación.
Seguidamente se presenta el diagnóstico ejecutado de forma participativa con el talento humano de la Fundación y las cuidadoras pertenecientes a ella, con sus técnicas correspondientes, así como los resultados arrojados que son la clave para el objeto de intervención y el diseño y desarrollo del proyecto “Si me cuido, los cuido”. Este proyecto está especificado paso a paso, con la teoría y metodología que lo guía, así como las técnicas utilizadas para su ejecución.
Por último se reflexiona sobre los principios éticos del Trabajador Social en este campo de práctica, se abstrae también los aprendizajes del campo de práctica y se concluye con los resultados del proyecto de intervención. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT: the following report first shows a historical account of the Patronage Foundation, as well as its corporate purpose and its main functions. Subsequently, it will be specified which is the place that Social Work as a profession plays in said Foundation.
Next, the diagnosis made in a participatory way with the human talent of the Foundation and the caregivers belonging to it is presented, with their corresponding techniques, as well as the results obtained, which are the key to the object of intervention and the design and development of the project “If I take care, I take care of them” This project is specified step by step, with the theory and methodology that guides it, as well as the techniques used for its execution.
Finally, it reflects on the ethical principles of the Social Worker in this field of practice, also abstracts the learning from the field of practice and concludes with the results of the intervention project. | |
