| dc.description | RESUMEN: Este proyecto va dirigido a fortalecer la permanencia en la Escuela de Microbiología de la Universidad de Antioquia, a través de las líneas estratégicas que desde este programa se lideran; acompañamiento al plan de vida, encuentro con estudiantes de primer semestre, atención a estudiantes en vulnerabilidad académica o psicosocial, estudiantes mentores y tutores académicos, docentes tutores, encuentro de padres y compartiendo saberes.
La propuesta actual, se enfoca en dar continuidad a los procesos que se gestan desde la línea de permanencia a través de un contenido real, cercano y actual que permita a los estudiantes encontrar un espacio de acogida donde no solamente se puede desarrollar la gestión de algún apoyo, sino también, donde pueden conversar, expresar, sentir, opinar, encontrar acompañamiento y ayuda idónea para cualquier situación que puedan estar atravesando.
En este proyecto de intervención, se encontrará una breve descripción del contexto donde se está realizando la intervención profesional, las y los sujetos que serán beneficiadas, una profundización conceptual sobre el término de permanencia estudiantil, los momentos de intervención que desde la disciplina de Trabajo Social se han diseñado, articulados con las diferentes disciplinas que hay en el área, las estrategias metodológicas que guiarán el proceso, las apuestas ético-políticas que se gestan desde Trabajo Social y por último las fases del proceso de intervención y los resultados que se esperan de esta. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT: This project is aimed at strengthening the permanence in the School of Microbiology of the University of Antioquia, through the strategic lines that are led from this program; accompaniment to the life plan, meeting with first semester students, attention to students in academic or psychosocial vulnerability, student mentors and academic tutors, tutors teachers, parents meeting and sharing knowledge.
The current proposal focuses on giving continuity to the processes that are gestated from the permanence line through a real, close and current content that allows students to find a welcoming space where not only can the management of some support, but also, where they can talk, express, feel, comment, find accompaniment and suitable help for any situation they may be going through.
In this intervention project, you will find a brief description of the context where the professional intervention is being carried out, the subjects that will be benefited, a conceptual deepening of the term of student permanence, the moments of intervention that from the discipline of Social Work The methodological strategies that will guide the process, the ethical-political stakes that are geared from Social Work and finally the phases of the intervention process and the results that are expected from is. | |
