| dc.description | RESUMEN: Ciudadanía Juvenil y expresiones culturales en el municipio de Juradó-Chocó, propuesta del estudiante de sociología, Darlinton Moreno, quien coordinó el proyecto: Red Juvenil, Clubes Juveniles de la administración municipal de Juradó-Chocó 2012-2015, se constituyó mediante el apoyo interinstitucional y la participación de los jóvenes, a partir de la configuración de espacios y propuestas, con un enfoque lúdico-pedagógico en diversos ámbitos de acción social, como la cultura y la participación política, trabajando desde diferentes líneas temáticas, como: participación y liderazgo juvenil, socio-afectividad, biodiversidad y cultura, y tiempo libre, por lo cual cada grupo juvenil cuenta con un líder que es el guía en los distintos procesos artísticos, formativos y de participación ciudadana que se genera en escenarios que promueve la red juvenil con el apoyo de la administración municipal y algunas instituciones, como el colegio San Roque de la Frontera, la personería municipal, la pastoral social y el ICBF. Buscando generar un sentido de pertenencia local endógena, que a su vez sea una alternativa para el buen aprovechamiento del tiempo libre de los jóvenes, tratando de presentarles otras posibilidades en el ámbito social fuera de los de contextos de violencia.
Con esto entonces, se pauta la manera como se han constituido las organizaciones artísticas en donde los jóvenes se identifican como sujetos políticos, económicos y sociales, con respecto a los mínimos vitales que reclama el estado. Además, se da cuenta de la participación ciudadana de los jóvenes a partir de las oportunidades reales que tienen éstos y su percepción frente a dicha participación en los programas, planes y proyectos locales. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT: Youth Citizenship and Cultural Expressions in the municipality of Juradó-Chocó, proposed by
the student of sociology, Darlinton Moreno, who coordinated the project: Youth Network,
Juvenile Clubs of the municipal administration of Juradó-Chocó 2012-2015, was constituted
through inter-institutional support And the participation of young people, based on the
configuration of spaces and proposals, with a ludic-pedagogical approach in various areas of
social action, such as culture and political participation, working from different thematic lines,
such as: youth participation and leadership, Socio-affectivity, biodiversity and culture, and free
time, for which each youth group has a leader who is the guide in the various artistic, training
and citizen participation processes generated in scenarios promoted by the youth network with
the Support of the municipal administration and some institutions, such as the San Roque de la
Frontera school, municipal charter, social ministry and ICBF. Seeking to generate a sense of
local endogenous belonging, which in turn is an alternative for the good use of free time of
young people, trying to present other possibilities in the social field outside of contexts of
violence.
With this, then, the way in which artistic organizations are constituted, where young people
identify themselves as political, economic and social subjects, with respect to the vital minimums
that the state demands. In addition, the citizen participation of young people is realized based on
their real opportunities and their perception of participation in local programs, plans and projects. | |
