| dc.description | RESUMEN: La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo describir la correspondencia de las prácticas clínicas de 53 psicólogos de Antioquia con la regulación del ejercicio profesional de la psicología en Colombia en cumplimiento del código deontológico. Se diseñó y utilizó una encuesta con el fin de evaluar el seguimiento de regulaciones ético-legales, las prácticas implementadas en el ejercicio clínico y la autoevaluación sobre el desempeño en competencias clínicas. La encuesta fue enviada a los psicólogos pertenecientes a la base de datos del Colegio Colombiano de Psicólogos, capítulo Antioquia, obteniendo una muestra final de 53 psicólogos clínicos. Los resultados obtenidos indican que la mayoría de evaluados consideran que al terminar su pregrado no poseían conocimientos suficientes para dedicarse a la psicología clínica. Además, la mayor parte de estos no tiene estudios posgraduales y no exceden los 6 años de experiencia, aun así, casi la mitad de los encuestados se dedica a alguna actividad relacionada con la psicología clínica. Casi la totalidad coincidieron en que era necesaria la supervisión clínica, no obstante, apenas la mitad reportaron tenerla. es llamativo el hecho de que más de la mitad afirmó no llevar ningún tipo de registro por medio de valoraciones o instrumentos clínicos que permitieren conocer el estado inicial del paciente y el estado final, una vez concluida la psicoterapia. Sin estas mediciones, los resultados de la intervención no son evidenciables. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT: The objective of this research was to describe the correspondence of the clinical practices of 53 psychologists from Antioquia with the regulation of the professional practice of psychology in Colombia in compliance with the deontological code. A survey was designed and used in order to evaluate the follow-up of ethical-legal regulations, the practices implemented in clinical practice and the self-evaluation of performance in clinical competencies. The survey was sent to the psychologists belonging to the database of the Colombian College of Psychologists, Antioquia chapter, obtaining a final sample of 53 clinical psychologists. The results obtained indicate that the majority of those evaluated consider that when they finished their undergraduate degree, they did not have enough knowledge to dedicate themselves to clinical psychology. In addition, most of these do not have postgraduate studies and do not exceed 6 years of experience, even so, almost half of those surveyed are engaged in some activity related to clinical psychology. Almost all agreed that clinical supervision was necessary, however, only half reported having it. It is striking the fact that more than half stated that they did not carry out any type of registration by means of evaluations or clinical instruments that would allow knowing the initial state of the patient and the final state, once the psychotherapy has concluded. Without these measurements, the results of the intervention are not evident. | |
