| dc.description | RESUMEN: Esta investigación asume que el modelo de paz liberal ha fracasado en construir la paz en Colombia y por ende se deben abrir otros caminos posibles que nos lleven a nuevas relaciones entre los diversos grupos del país. Se busca comprender la paz desde la visión de los excluidos y sus formas de construir paz para aprender de ellas, afirmarlas como formas válidas y eficaces de hacer la paz y alternativa – que ya se está haciendo, a la forma hegemónica en que se ha intentado construir paz en quinientos años de historia colombiana. Se hace una crítica fundamentada a la paz liberal hegemónica y se incentiva la reflexión desde la perspectiva decolonial sobre el fenómeno de la paz. Se postula la comunidad, el gobierno propio y la economía de la abundancia como elementos centrales en las alternativas al modelo liberal de paz y se hacen algunas críticas a la implementación del acuerdo de paz entre la guerrilla de las FARC-EP y el Estado colombiano. Se debe entender como un aporte a los estudios críticos de la paz y un llamado comunitario a entender la paz desde otros horizontes interpelantes de la Modernidad-Colonialidad Capitalista. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT: This research hypothesizes that the liberal peace model has failed to construct peace in Colombia, and therefore we must pursue other methods that allow us to create new relationships between the diverse groups within this country. It seeks to understand peace from the perspective of marginalized people and their methods of peacebuilding, to learn from them and affirm them as legitimate and effective forms of building peace, which are already taking place, to counterbalance the hegemonic forms of peacebuilding of the past five-hundred years of Colombian history. It makes an informed critique of the hegemonic liberal peace model and encourages reflection from a decolonial perspective. It postulates that community, self-government, and the economy of abundance are central elements of the alternatives to the liberal peace model, and critiques are made regarding the implementation of the Peace Accord between the guerrilla group FARC-EP and the Colombian state. This research should be understood as a contribution to critical peace studies and a community call to understand peace from other perspectives that challenge the modern colonial capitalist model. | |
