dc.descriptionRESUMEN : En los últimos años la acuicultura viene creciendo a nivel mundial, y de acuerdo con la FAO, se estima que para el año 2050 el pescado se convierta en la principal fuente de proteína para la humanidad. Por otro lado, actualmente la acuicultura es un elemento importante para el desarrollo productivo del sector agropecuario de Colombia, sin embargo, todavía existen zonas rurales que no son bien aprovechadas por sus propietarios, debido a su falta de conocimiento o por falta de recursos para iniciar un proceso productivo. La trucha, por su parte, es una de las pocas especies de peces con la capacidad de adaptarse fácilmente a las condiciones ambientales de su entorno, especialmente en aguas con flujo constante y con temperaturas entre 0ºC y 25ºC. Por otro lado, el municipio de Gómez Plata, ubicado en el Norte antioqueño, cuenta con temperaturas entre 14ºC y 23ºC, además de altas variaciones de altitud con un promedio de 1.868 metros sobre el nivel del mar, esto permite que las fuentes hídricas localizadas en este municipio estén en constante movimiento y mantengan un elevado grado de oxigenación. Adicionalmente, conforme a los estudios desarrollados por Corantioquia, la calidad del agua de las dos subcuencas más importantes del municipio se encuentra dentro de los niveles óptimos. Finalmente, dada la información anterior y con el fin de aprovechar el clima y las condiciones hidrológicas del municipio de Gómez Plata, se presenta el estudio de prefactibilidad para la producción y comercialización de trucha arcoíris en el municipio de Gómez Plata, sobre el cual se concluye que Conforme a los resultados financieros, la producción y comercialización de la trucha arcoíris en el departamento de Antioquia es un proyecto viable desde los supuestos, por esta razón es fundamental y necesario reforzar las variables externas que pueden tener una fuerte influencia en las utilidades del proyecto, tales como la inflación, la rentabilidad libre de riesgo, así como la rentabilidad promedio del mercado.
dc.descriptionABSTRACT: In recent years, aquaculture has been growing worldwide, and according to FAO, it is estimated that by 2050 fish will become the main source of protein for humanity. On the other hand, currently aquaculture is an important element for the productive development of the agricultural sector in Colombia, however, there are still rural areas that are not well used by their owners, due to their lack of knowledge or lack of resources to start a productive process. Trout, for its part, is one of the few species of fish with the ability to easily adapt to the environmental conditions of its environment, especially in waters with constant flow and temperatures between 0ºC and 25ºC. On the other hand, the municipality of Gómez Plata, located in the North of Antioquia, has temperatures between 14ºC and 23ºC, in addition to high variations in altitude with an average of 1,868 meters above sea level, this allows the water sources located in this municipality are in constant movement and maintain a high degree of oxygenation. Additionally, according to studies developed by Corantioquia, the water quality of the two most important sub-basins of the municipality is within optimal levels. Finally, given the above information and in order to take advantage of the climate and hydrological conditions of the municipality of Gómez Plata, the pre-feasibility study for the production and marketing of rainbow trout in the municipality of Gómez Plata is presented, on which it is concluded According to the financial results, the production and commercialization of rainbow trout in the department of Antioquia is a viable project from the assumptions, for this reason it is fundamental and necessary to reinforce the external variables that can have a strong influence on the profits of the project such as inflation, risk-free returns, as well as average market returns.
