dc.descriptionRESUMEN: Este texto se desarrolla en torno a las capacidades regeneradoras atribuidas al "reformado" sistema instruccionista en Colombia y manifiestas en los postulados de la Ley 39 de 1903. Capacidades que, al mismo tiempo, deberían permitir avanzar y hacer posible, como consecuencia, la civilización y el progreso de la sociedad antioqueña de principios del siglo XX. Con tal intención, conversamos con las preexistencias de la denominada Regeneración y las acciones que habrían de facilitarla. El cuerpo infantil, entregado al sistema oficial, es tomado como el eje sobre el cual giran las políticas instruccionistas progresistas, las mismas que son planteadas abiertamente como aquellas que han de permitir el salto de la mayor podredumbre a las mieles de la regeneración corporal, psíquica y social.
dc.descriptionABSTARCT: This text develops around the regenerative capabilities attributed to the “reformed” instructionist system in Colombia inserted in the postulates of the law 39 of 1903. These capabilities should allow the progress and, at the same time, make possible, as a result, the civilization and progress of the Antioquia society of the early twentieth century. With this intend we discussed with the previous existences of the so-called regeneration and the actions that would have to provide it. The infant’s body, handed over to the official system, is taken as the axis on which revolve instructionist progressive policies that were raised openly as those that had to allow the jump from the greater rot to the honeys of body, mental and social regeneration.
