dc.descriptionRESUMEN: Este documento reúne información sobre el desarrollo de las prácticas profesionales de Trabajo Social comprendiendo la experiencia dada en la Fundación Casa Loma, ubicada en la Vereda La Loma del Corregimiento de San Cristóbal de la ciudad de Medellín, específicamente en la línea de acompañamiento psicosocial y fortalecimiento organizativo, así, se encontrará entonces el proceso investigativo, metodológico y analítico que se desarrolló entre el período de abril del 2021 y febrero de 2022 y que permitió el cumplimiento de funciones acordadas a nivel académico e institucional. En ese sentido, se aborda el contexto territorial, institucional y normativo, que permite ahondar en la justificación y pertinencia del ejercicio profesional, así como en las intencionalidades que guiaron la ejecución del proyecto de intervención, teniendo como enfoques transversales el acompañamiento psicosocial, la defensa y promoción de derechos humanos y la lectura diferencial del contexto. Finalmente, se realiza una descripción sobre las actividades realizadas y los resultados obtenidos según el objetivo general y los objetivos específicos planteados.
dc.descriptionABSTRACT: This paper contains information about the development of professional Social Work practices, including the experience of Casa Loma Foundation, located at Vereda La Loma in San Cristobal, a corregimiento in the city of Medellín. This practice was established specifically in line with psychosocial accompaniment and organizational strengthening. The report covers the investigative, methodological and analytical process that took place between the period of April 2021 and February 2022 in order to achieve the functions agreed upon jointly by the academy and the institution. Accordingly, the territorial, institutional and regulatory contexts are addressed, allowing an exploration of the justification and relevance of this professional practice, as well as the intentions that guided the execution of the intervention project. Psychosocial support, the defense and promotion of human rights and the differential reading of the context were transversal in the process. Finally, a description of the activities completed and the results achieved will be found, according to the stated general and specific objectives.
