| dc.description | RESUMEN: Esta investigación explora la resignificación de los roles y los discursos de las mujeres sobre sí mismas y su entorno a partir de los procesos de comunicación y acompañamiento desarrollados por la Asociación de Mujeres de Marinilla (ASOMMA). Se parte de los campos de estudio sobre género y comunicación, desde el enfoque de género y la teoría feminista, a través de las historias de vida de tres mujeres. En su desarrollo se implementan entrevistas, observación participante y grupos de discusión, que posteriormente se transcribieron y fueron organizadas en matrices que retoman los siguientes conceptos: teorías de la comunicación a partir de los discursos (recepción cotidiana) desde Mattelart & Mattelart (1997); rol de género/feminismo, con Butler (1997, 2007) desde los textos Lenguaje, poder e identidad y El género en disputa respectivamente; violencias, a partir de Segato (2003); organización social (participación) desde el Instituto de la Mujer de España (2009); agencia (resignificación) por Cano (2014) y Sororidad desde Lagarde (2009). La investigación permitió concluir que las mujeres que hacen parte activa de la organización no sólo han resignificado el rol que ejercen en sus comunidades, también han gestado formas de agencia, tanto individual como colectiva, que se hacen visibles a través de sus discursos, estrategias de comunicación y formación que les brinda la Asociación de Mujeres de Marinilla ASOMMA. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT: This research explores the resignification of the roles and discourses of women about themselves and their environment based on the communication and accompaniment processes developed by the Marinilla Women Association (ASOMMA). It starts from the fields of study on gender and communication, from the gender perspective and feminist theory, through the life stories of three women. In its development, interviews, participant observation and discussion groups are implemented, which were later transcribed and organized in matrices that take up the following concepts: communication theories based on discourses (daily reception) from Mattelart & Mattelart (1997); gender role / feminism, with Butler (1997, 2007) from the texts Language, power and identity and Gender in dispute respectively; violence, from Segato (2003); social organization (participation) from the Institute of Women of Spain (2009); agency (resignification) by Cano (2014) and sisterhood since Lagarde (2009). The research allowed to conclude that the women who are an active part of the organization have not only redefined the role they play in their communities, they have also created forms of agency, both individual and collective, that are made visible through their discourses, strategies of communication and training provided by the Marinilla ASOMMA Women Association. | |
