| dc.description | RESUMEN: La tecnología es una herramienta que se adapta a las necesidades sociales encontrándose siempre en un constante avance e innovación por lo que se ha convertido en una aliada fundamental para el profesional contable porque le permite ejecutar el trabajo de una manera más ágil y eficaz. El presente trabajo de investigación indaga sobre los retos y perspectivas que tienen los contadores públicos que laboran en pymes del oriente antioqueño con la disrupción tecnológica; para llevarlo a cabo se envió una encuesta a 180 profesionales que cumplían con las características de la investigación donde finalmente se obtuvieron un total de 30 respuestas. En los resultados se destacan las nuevas habilidades que los contadores han adquirido con la implementación de la tecnología y los desafíos que tienen para estar a la vanguardia en el tema y continuar siendo necesarios para la entidad. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT: Technology is a tool that adapts to the social needs which always remains in constant advancement and innovation for it has become in a fundamental ally to the professional accountant, since it allows implementing the work in a more agile and effective way. This research paper inquires about the challenges and perspectives that public accountants who work at Pymes in Oriente Antioqueño have concerning technological disruption. In order to carry out the research, a survey was sent to 180 professionals that fulfilled the characteristics of the investigation where finally a total of 30 answers were obtained. The results highlight the new skills that accountants have acquired with the implementation of technology and the challenges they have to be in the forefront with respect to the field and continue being required for the entity. | |
