| dc.description | RESUMEN: la atención al usuario en contextos clínicos ha sido un tema de debate en la instituciones prestadoras de salud (IPS) en aras de favorecer la forma en cómo se posibilita el acceso al servicio en salud y se validan los derechos fundamentales de los sujetos; para ello, las IPS tienen la obligación de constituir un sistema amplio que de respuesta ante tal necesidad como lo es el caso del Sistema de Información y Atención
al Usuario (SIAU). El SIAU lo componen una serie de áreas conectadas entre sí que permiten orientar, informar y prestar la atención en salud que el usuario requiera. El objeto de este estudio es el fortalecimiento del Sistema de Información y atención al usuario de la ESE Hospital San Rafael del municipio de Yolombó; dicho
objeto se consolida a partir del informe diagnostico que se realizó en la E.S.E sobre el SIAU, permitiendo encontrar una serie de problemáticas que limitan el ejercicio de la información y atención al usuario, las problemáticas representan un factor de riesgo a corto y mediano plazo, pues afectan directamente en la articulación del Hospital desde sus distintas áreas y en la calidad-calidez del servicio que se quiere prestar como institución. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT: user care in clinical contexts has been a subject of debate in health care institutions (IPS) in order to favor the way in which access to health services is made possible and the fundamental rights of the subjects are validated; to this end, the IPS are obliged to set up a comprehensive system to respond to this need, as is the case of the Information and User Care System (SIAU). The SIAU is made up of a series of interconnected areas that provide guidance, information and the health care required by the user.
The purpose of this study is to strengthen the Information and User Care System of the ESE Hospital San Rafael of the municipality of Yolombó. This object is consolidated from the diagnostic report that was made in the E.S.E on the SIAU, allowing to find a series of problems that limit the exercise of the information and
attention to the user, the problems represent a risk factor in the short and medium term, as they directly affect the articulation of the Hospital from its different areas and the quality-quality of the service that it wants to provide as an institution. | |
