The present investigation proposes and graphically explains the correlation and positive influence of the general satisfaction of the student, with respect to the value perceived by the same throughout his educational experience, when in this relation, we involve in a mediating role the behaviors of Co -Creation, specifically, the processes of dialogue, knowledge transfer and other resources and interactions, which focus on organizational learning, as well as, on the renewal and creation of resources, which are integrated for mutual benefit when the parties involved, they add their resources according to their capacities, needs and expectations (Moreno & Calderón, 2016). In order to achieve this objective and to mediate the literature review, the necessary items were obtained and adjusted, their wording was modified, with the aim of making them relevant and applicable for a sample of 863 university students in the city of Bogotá D.C. This allowed, develop and apply on the sample of students, an instrument that contains the measurement scales for each of the constructs under study. Subsequently, the results were processed in SPSS, using the macro PROCESS Procedure for SPSS written by Andrew F Hayes (2013), through 4 regression processes, the result of which confirms the positive relationship between the constructs General Satisfaction and Value Perceived by the student, as well as the significant role that Co-Creation behavior plays in mediating said relationship. Mediation that contributes to the conformation and / or increase of the Perceived Value in the student population. Becoming the means by which the perception of Value by the student body can be shaped and / or improved, by stimulating and reinforcing Co-Creation behaviors, according to the student's experience. Therefore, starting from any x level of General Satisfaction in the student, the formation and / or increase of the Perceived Value by the student is possible, through the generation of Co-Creation processes that act as a mediating variable in the aforementioned relationship. Waiting for the performance achieved by the university to exceed the student's expectations (Elliott & Healy, 2001), improving their perception of value.
