dc.descriptionEl presente proyecto de investigación se enfocó en los accidentes laborales y enfermedades profesionales en empresa del sector construcción servicio dedicada a pintar apartamentos y fachadas de edificios, donde se pretendió indagar y observar los graves peligros a los que están expuestos y han sufrido algunos operarios al ejecutar sus actividades y donde sus posibles enfermedades profesionales como Manguito Rotador, Túnel Carpiano y Osteomuscular se vean reflejadas con el pasar del tiempo; la entidad al pertenecer al sector de la construcción es de peligros mas altos y su índice de siniestralidad es mayor por sus exigentes actividades laborales, donde se debe utilizar todos los elementos de protección individual de forma correcta, verificar el personal necesario para ejecutar la actividad y sobre todo que tengan el nivel de experiencia y cuente con los requisitos para el trabajo en altura.

dc.descriptionThis research project focused on occupational accidents and occupational diseases in a company in the construction service sector dedicated to painting apartments and building facades, where it was intended to investigate and observe the serious dangers to which they are exposed and have suffered some workers when executing their activities and where their possible professional illnesses such as Rotator Cuff, Carpal Tunnel and Osteomuscular are reflected over time; The entity, as it belongs to the construction sector, has higher dangers and its accident rate is higher due to its demanding work activities, where all the individual protection elements must be used correctly, verify the necessary personnel to carry out the activity and especially that they have the level of experience and have the requirements for working at height. This investigation showed that work at heights is considered from a height of 1.50 meters or more on a lower level, according to resolution 1409 of 2012, the regulations for protection against falls in work from height must be established, procedures, verify the status of the Epp and tools to be used, controlling this problem by implementing preventive and corrective measures in order to reduce the danger in the areas where the work will be carried out, focusing on achieving a safe work environment, where the culture of self-care speaks On its own and the trainings are a success, it's all about educating, persisting, and never giving up.
