Abstract

The growing popularity of Project Management within organizations has made new theories begin to be coined from research and the production of literature around it, Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is one of them and is positioned as the best mechanism to have a holistic vision and governance over the projects that are prioritized, their budget budget and the follow-up of the execution and the associated risks. This research project, based on the systematic literature review at a global level, will recommend the Project and Portfolio Management Information System (PMIS) and the implementation process that best fits the level of maturity, the reality and the project management needs of the EAFIT University
