Abstract

This paperwork provides a study of the main advantages of migratory regulations for the members and associated states of the Andean Community through the analysis of this international organization as the means of legal unification and the principal producer of regulations on the migratory matter within the region explaining some conditions for the incorporation of the legal decisions adopted by that entity in each nation as well as the main advantages that can eventually represent for a foreigner or Colombian worker the free transit with labour purposes between some of the member and associated states of this organization.
