Perfil de liderazgo en los directivos y egresados de los programas de Ingeniería Eléctrica de Colombia : escenario de transformación del sector energético para el año 2030

Abstract

This work presents the results of an analysis based on expert knowledge for the selection of leadership skills for the leaders of electrical engineering programs, with a prospective of the year 2030. The selection of the experts consulted was made looking for the existence of opinions from academia, regulators, and industry. Training skills and consensus were obtained through the application of the Delphi methodology, thereby obtaining seven characteristics (Ethics/Honesty/Integrity, Leadership and decision-making, Strategic vision and planning, Formulation and project management, Work in team, Energy Transition, and Digital Transformation) on which the profile of academic leaders will be sought. In addition, the topics on which future graduates of Electrical Engineering in Colombia should be prepared for the year 2030 were obtained. These results can be used as inputs for the curricular updates of the programs.
