Prefactibilidad para la creación de una empresa que capacite y asesore en el uso de una herramienta con inteligencia artificial para la elaboración de declaraciones de exportaciones en la aduana colombiana

Abstract

The purpose of this research works is developed a pre-feasibility study for the creation of a company that trains and advises on the use of a tool with artificial intelligence for the elaboration of export declarations in the Colombian customs. For this as a beginning it will be a study of the environment and the market using the PESTEL methodology. Followed by a market study where the product, price, place and promotion were discussed. Taking into account supply and demand in Colombia. In the third area we find the technical study where the location, size and engineering. Continuing with the administrative and organizational study where the organizational chart, the positions and profiles are observed. To finish it you can find the legal study, in which can determine the documentation and the necessary studies for the creation of the company; followed by the financial study in which the budget, projected financial statements, net cash flow, financial analysis and application of the concepts of financial evaluation such as NPV, TIO and IRR. Through them the pre-feasibility is evaluated obtaining as a result that the project is viable according to the economic indicators.
