El Voluntariado como estrategia para el desarrollo de capital social en el municipio de Itagüí, Antioquia

Abstract

This work seeks to structure a strategy that allows the participation of different groups and people as volunteers: public servants, pensioners of the municipal administration and the Itagüí community in general; people who can integrate volunteering and expand the management capacity and development of social capital, the strategy will benefit and generate capital through the direct and significant positive impact with the following population groups: Family, children, adolescents, women, older adults , people with disabilities, people affected by environmental emergencies, all former residents of the municipality of Itagüí.
