Vulneración del derecho fundamental a la vivienda digna en el contrato de leasing habitacional

Abstract

This article is the result of an academic investigation that has three relevant legal approaches in Colombia. The first analyzes the intervention of the Social State of Law to guarantee the fundamental right to decent housing, the second develops an approach to the fundamental right to decent housing and finally, the third identifies some current challenges in the housing leasing contract for the materialization of the right to decent housing.
