Valoración de los riesgos en el crecimiento sostenido de pymes en edad temprana, en el municipio de Yarumal

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to carry out an assessment to identify the risks in the sustained growth of SMEs in the Food and Beverage sector in early age, in the municipality of Yarumal (Antioquia), taking as a reference the formulation of projects. The research approach was qualitative of descriptive type, for this purpose a review of the literature on the risks of the necessary studies in the formulation of projects was made, and a semi-structured interview was applied to a group of 5 companies, with the purpose of knowing the risks associated to the sustained growth of the SMEs in this sector. The results obtained revealed that the companies consider risks partially in the project formulation studies; most of them focus on the technical study, giving greater importance to infrastructure, while the market, legal, organizational, financial and environmental studies show minimal risk management, which makes them vulnerable to materialization, with economic impacts that could compromise their permanence in the market.
