La convivencia en las políticas públicas : análisis de los instrumentos de planeación pública en el departamento de Antioquia, el área Metropolitana del Valle de Aburrá y el Distrito de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación de Medellín 2016-2022

Abstract

This graduating thesis analyzes the role of coexistence in the framework of public security policies from public planning instruments in the Department of Antioquia, the Metropolitan Area of Valle de Aburrá and the Science, Technology and Innovation of District of Medellin. For this, the instruments used for budget allocation are characterized by the plans, programs and projects which were evaluated during the periods 2016 to 2022, revealing the place that citizen coexistence has received in its implementation. The findings obtained through the longitudinal mixed methodology are presented, contrasted with the information collected and the semi-structured interviews with experts on the subject.
