dc.description.abstract | This pre-feasibility project is focused on the study to create a company dedicated to marketing women's clothing using radio frequency technology; The realization is justified since the current population demands agile solutions to their needs, and for this it uses technological advances, the general objective was to conduct a pre-feasibility study for a company that sells women's clothing that uses technology through radio frequency. As a theoretical reference, the concept of investment project and its parts, that compose it in its entirety was defined. In terms of the methodological framework, the methodology proposed by the United Nations Organization for Industrial Development (UNIDO) was used as a basis, which considers three phases of the project life cycle: pre-investment, execution and operational. The work began with the market study, where the characteristics that are important for the selected niche were determined; For the analysis of the offer, the different market players was evaluated, including the competition, which has certain deficiencies that could be used in favor of the company. The technical study was carried out, in which the size of the company was defined, according to the standards to comply with what was required by the selected market, in the same way the location of the operation and commercialization plant was defined, which it was decided that It must be in the city of Pereira, the necessary machinery, labor and raw material required for the operation of the company are identified. Likewise, the administrative and legal structure of the company was defined. To conclude the pre-feasibility from all aspects, was carried out the financial study, that allows to identify costs and expenses, as well as the financial evaluation of the project with this it is possible to make correct decisions in favor of the execution of the same, for the yields that the investment yields, since it yielded an IRR of 30.65%, higher than the opportunity rate used, and a positive NPV. | |
