Abstract

This work is a pre-feasibility study that allows the partners of the company and investors have information to decide if the organization Industrial Disinfection Del Valle should or should not incorporate a new unit of business which requires efforts, economic, technological, human, etc., to to be able to offer the service that they intend to launch on the market. To bring about this business objective, the present study is carried out, which includes the analysis of the different scenarios involved in the project, to understand your information and reduce risks in decision making; these studies are the following: Sector analysis, study which includes the macroenvironment of the company, how these variables influence, affect or affect external in the development of the project. Market analysis is the study which focuses on the microenvironment of the company, includes all internal agents of the company and analyzes the demand for the service.
