| dc.description | La presente investigaci?n tiene como objetivo principal realizar un proceso de an?lisis y significaci?n del plan de mejoramiento institucional, que permita generar una propuesta pedag?gica hacia el fortalecimiento y la potencializaci?n del quehacer Docente, en la Instituci?n Educativa Rural Luis Antonio Duque Pe?a, del municipio de Girardot. La metodolog?a utilizada en esta investigaci?n es Dise?o Cuasi-experimental porque en la escuela, los comportamientos no se limitan; y estos comportamientos no se restringen ni pueden ser manipulables, por lo que la investigaci?n permitir? tener una mayor comprensi?n de las din?micas de vinculaci?n que all? emergen. Teniendo como categor?as de an?lisis Mitos del Plan de Mejoramiento Institucional, y Ritos del Plan de Mejoramiento Institucional. Este tipo de investigaci?n permiti? que las categor?as y los comportamientos no se manejen tipo experimento (es decir, con niveles de medici?n utilizados por ejemplo, en la investigaci?n cuantitativa), si no que garantiz? un control razonable sobre la mayor parte de las fuentes de invalidez. La investigaci?n concluye que es necesario generar en los docentes nuevos niveles de significaci?n hacia su rol en el desarrollo del plan de mejoramiento, aunando los hallazgos de los planes de aula y fortaleciendo as? las pr?cticas educativas. | |
| dc.description | This research has as main objective to carry out a process of analysis and significance of institutional improvement plan, that will generate a pedagogical proposal to strengthen and to do the potentiation of Teachers in Rural Educational Institution Duque Luis Antonio Pe?a, municipality of Girardot. That?s reason, the methodology used in this research is quasi-experimental because at school, the behaviors are not limited; and these behaviors are not restricted and cannot be manipulated, so that the research will have a greater understanding of the dynamics of relationship that emerge there. Given within the categories of analysis, Myths on Institutional Improvement Plan, and Challenges of Institutional Improvement Plan. In this sense, this kind of research allowed categories and behaviors are not handled as an experiment type (for example, with levels of measurement used for example in quantitative research), but it guaranteed a reasonable control over most of the sources of disability. The research concludes that it is necessary to generate in teaching new levels of significance to their role in developing the improvement plan, combining the findings of classroom plans and thereby strengthening educational practices.
