| dc.description | La evaluaci?n educativa es tan compleja en el entorno de las ciencias de la educaci?n por cuanto busca de alguna forma explicar y comprender el aprendizaje de los alumnos, el desempe?o de los maestros, metodolog?as, instrumentos y dem?s componentes del curr?culo. Al respecto ?lvarez (2012) expresa ?La clave de una buena evaluaci?n la determina el uso que se haga de ella? (p. 23). En tanto el presente estudio titulado EVALUACI?N DOCENTE EN LA EDUCACI?N B?SICA SECUNDARIA, SISTEMA, PROCESOS Y RESULTADOS: ESTUDIO EN IBAGU? es un estudio que se realiz? en algunas Instituciones Educativas oficiales en Ibagu? y plante? como prop?sito analizar los significados que los maestros y desde las diferentes fuentes otorgan al sistema de evaluaci?n del desempe?o profesional docente en Ibagu?-Colombia para proponer lineamientos que contribuyan a la resignificaci?n de la profesionalizaci?n docente. El problema base de desarrollo de esta investigaci?n se construy? cr?ticamente desde la evaluaci?n educativa entendida como un proceso que permite identificar una realidad ofreciendo la oportunidad de comprender resultados y de llegar a la toma de decisiones, especialmente en el ?mbito educativo, la intervenci?n para la mejora de un proceso tiene sentido hacerla mientras ?ste ocurre (Moreno, 2016). Por ende, desde el ?mbito particular de los docentes vinculados al magisterio colombiano en los ?ltimos diez a?os, se desarrolla la evaluaci?n anual de desempe?o docente de acuerdo con los lineamientos, procesos y procedimientos establecidos en el Decreto Ley 1278 del 2002 o estatuto de profesionalizaci?n docente. Lo que convoc? a Indagar por la finalidad, significado y usos que los maestros y dem?s fuentes asignan a los resultados en el sistema actual de evaluaci?n docente identificando la orientaci?n y la estructura de las pol?ticas p?blicas en Colombia en relaci?n con el proceso de evaluaci?n para proponer lineamientos que permitan el reconocimiento de la evaluaci?n misma y permita resignificar la evaluaci?n desde un sentido formativo pedag?gico en el pa?s. Dada la naturaleza del problema, la presente investigaci?n se llev? a cabo en el marco de la investigaci?n cualitativa desde el paradigma hermen?utico-interpretativo, con un alcance descriptivo denso y un dise?o instrumental extendido desde el estudio de casos t?picos, esta discusi?n convoc? a la academia acercarse al hecho educativo y pedag?gico en el campo de la evaluaci?n convocando la participaci?n de los docentes en su propia evaluaci?n.

| dc.description | Educational evaluation is so complex in the educational sciences environment because it seeks somehow to explain and understand student learning, teacher performance, methodologies, instruments and other components of the curriculum. In this regard, ?lvarez (2012) expresses ?The key to a good evaluation is determined by the use made of it? (p.23). The present study entitled TEACHER EVALUATION IN BASIC SECONDARY EDUCATION, SYSTEM, PROCESSES AND RESULTS: STUDY IN IBAGU? is a study that was conducted in some official educational institutions in Ibagu? and its purpose was to analyze the meanings that teachers and from different sources give to the evaluation system of professional teaching performance in Ibagu?-Colombia in order to propose guidelines that contribute to the resignification of teacher professionalization. The basic problem of development of this research was critically constructed from the educational evaluation understood as a process that allows identifying a reality offering the opportunity to understand results and to reach decision making, especially in the educational field, the intervention for the improvement of a process makes sense to do it while it occurs (Moreno, 2016). Berefore this sense from the particular field of teachers linked to the Colombian teaching profession in the last ten years, the annual evaluation of teaching performance is developed according to the guidelines, processes and procedures established in the Decree Law 1278 of 2002 or statute of teacher professionalization. This led to investigate the purpose, meaning and uses that teachers and other sources assign to the results in the current teacher evaluation system, identifying the orientation and structure of public policies in Colombia in relation to the evaluation process in order to propose guidelines that allow the recognition of the evaluation itself and allow re-signifying the evaluation from a pedagogical formative sense in the country. Given the nature of the problem, the present research was carried out within the framework of qualitative research from the hermeneutic-interpretative paradigm, with a dense descriptive scope and an instrumental design extended from the typical case study. This discussion summoned the academy to approach the educational and pedagogical fact in the field of evaluation by summoning the participation of teachers in their own evaluation.
