| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigaci?n se fundamenta en comprender las caracter?sticas que presentan las relaciones de convivencia en la instituci?n educativa Rafael Uribe Uribe ubicada en ubicado en la zona rural de Ibagu?, v?a nevado del Tolima Kil?metro 4 V?a el Nevado, zona industrial Chapet?n, de la ciudad de Ibagu?, donde se presentan diferentes problem?ticas que interfieren en la vida estudiantil. Este proceso investigativo es significativo porque la educaci?n debe fundamentarse en asegurarle al estudiante, a la familia y a la sociedad implementaciones de ense?anza, formaci?n y cultura apropiadas para un desarrollo pleno, arm?nico y adecuado en los establecimientos educativos, donde se fomente la sana convivencia. Para este proyecto el procedimiento metodol?gico est? basado en el enfoque cualitativo-descriptivo, impartido para dar respuesta a los interrogantes que se plantean, seguida de las teor?as que fundamentan las actividades a desarrollar y los antecedentes que permiten abrir paso a nuevas estrategias y dise?os de investigaci?n frente a las caracter?sticas que presentan las relaciones de convivencia dentro y fuera de la instituci?n educativa Rafael Uribe Uribe, con el fin de hacer aportes significativos desde una propuesta que ayude a fomentar las buenas relaciones de convivencia como mecanismo de gesti?n escolar y como una positiva respuesta que armonice el proceso de ense?anza-aprendizaje en la comunidad educativa. | |
| dc.description | The present research work is based on understanding the characteristics of the relations of coexistence in the educational institution Rafael Uribe Uribe located in the rural area of Ibagu?, via snowy Tolima Kilometer 4 via Nevado, industrial zone Chapet?n, City of Ibagu?, where they present different problems that interfere in the student life.
This research process is significant because education should be based on ensuring the student, the family and society implement appropriate teaching, training and culture for a full, harmonious and adequate development in educational establishments where healthy coexistence is fostered.
For this project the methodological procedure is based on the qualitative-descriptive approach, given to answer the questions that are posed, followed by the theories that base the activities to be developed and the antecedents that allow to open the way to new strategies and research designs In order to make significant contributions from a proposal that helps to foster good relations of coexistence as a mechanism of school management and as a positive response to the characteristics of the relations of coexistence inside and outside the educational institution Rafael Uribe Uribe. That harmonizes the teaching-learning process in the educational community.
