dc.descriptionEste trabajo de investigaci?n, como requisito de grado para optar al t?tulo de Mag?ster en Educaci?n, tiene como prop?sito central caracterizar, desde el componente laboral, a los graduados del programa de Administraci?n Financiera de la Universidad del Tolima, como insumo para la acreditaci?n de alta calidad. En funci?n de este objetivo, se realiz? la revisi?n te?rica-conceptual de los elementos del mercado laboral con mayor ingerencia en el estudio. As? mismo, se emple? el sistema de informaci?n del Observatorio Laboral para la Educaci?n para cruzar las variables de estudio y determinar los valores correspondientes y posteriormente, se realizaron los an?lisis a los datos obtenidos y se generaron las conclusiones. De acuerdo con lo expuesto, el impacto esperado con la ejecuci?n de este proyecto se sit?a en el plano acad?mico desde los aportes a la condiciones de calidad acad?mica
dc.descriptionThis research such as degree requirement to obtain the title of Master of Education, has as main purpose to characterize, from the labor component, graduates of Financial Management program at the University of Tolima, as input for the accreditation of high quality. Based on this goal, the theoretical-conceptual review of the elements of the labor market with greater involvement in the study. In addition, the information system for the Education Labour Observatory was used to cross the study variables and determine the values and then analyzes the data obtained were performed and the conclusions were generated. According to the above, the expected impact with the execution of this project lies in the academic field from the input to the conditions of academic quality, and particularly the impact of graduates in the labor market.
