| dc.description | La presente investigaci?n titulada ?Diagn?stico de la distribuci?n urbana de mercanc?as (subsector ferreter?as de el?ctricos) en la ciudad de Ibagu? y propuesta de soluciones existentes 2019?, pretende realizar un an?lisis acerca de las dificultades y situaciones problem?ticas en materia log?stica de la ciudad, en un contexto de movilidad de mercanc?as de las empresas de ferreter?as el?ctricas y c?mo ?sta puede verse afectada por el desarrollo de las actividades de las empresas. Algunas causas de este problema se relacionan con la falta de infraestructura adecuada para el descargue de mercanc?as, el ciclo ruta y el horario permitido para el descargue.
A trav?s de encuestas realizadas a los diferentes establecimientos y transportadores del sector, se pudo evidenciar en qu? situaci?n se encuentran; para poder contribuir en busca de mejorar la circulaci?n de veh?culos de carga en la ciudad de Ibagu?, as? como la ampliaci?n de v?as que mejoren la movilidad y los tiempos de entrega de las mercanc?as. Para el desarrollo de esta investigaci?n se acudi? a los propietarios, empleados y auxiliares de bodega de los diferentes almacenes, as? como transportadores, con conocimientos orientados a la distribuci?n log?stica de mercanc?as buscando un modelo de distribuci?n urbana eficiente. | |
| dc.description | The present investigation entitled "Diagnosis of the urban distribution of merchandise (electrical hardware store subsector) in the city of Ibague and proposal of existing solutions 2019", aims to carry out an analysis of the difficulties and problematic situations in logistics in the city, in a context of mobility of goods of the electrical hardware store companies and how this can be affected by the development of the activities of the companies. Some causes of this problem are related to the lack of adequate infrastructure for the unloading of goods, the cycle route and the time allowed for unloading.
Through surveys carried out on the different establishments and transporters in the sector, it was possible to show what situation they are in; to be able to contribute in search of improving the circulation of cargo vehicles in the city of Ibague, as well as the expansion of roads that improve mobility and delivery times of goods. For the development of this research, the owners, employees and winery assistants of the different warehouses, as well as transporters, were consulted, with knowledge oriented to the logistics distribution of goods, seeking an efficient urban distribution model. | |
