| dc.description | Con el fin de establecer los par?metros de movilidad, normalidad, vigor y de crecimiento microbiano en el semen procesado de la especie bovina y con el proposito de superar la inquietud que representa utilizar el diluyente elaborado meses atr?s y debido a que la potencia de sus antibioticos se reduce, se realiz? el estudio comparativo del desarrollo microbiano enfrentando el semen bovino procesado en diluyentes de 12 meses de elaboraci?n, con diluyente recien descongelado. Se trabajaron diferentes razas de toros (Brahman, Gyr, Guzerat, Holstein negro y rojo, Jersey, Braunvieh, Simenthal, Pardo Suizo, Normando, Senepol , Angus) con edades que oscilan entre los 3 y 14 a?os, en la central reproductiva ubicada en Tenjo Cundinamarca, realizando colectas por vagina artificial, y/o por electro eyaculaci?n. Despu?s de realizada la colecta se mezclaron los vol?menes obtenidos logrando un pool de eyaculados al cual se le evaluaron los par?metros para congelaci?n (Volumen, concentraci?n, movilidad, normalidad). Seguidamente se realizaron los c?lculos respectivos para la diluci?n de cada cent?metro o dos cent?metros del pull con el diluyente de cada mes, entre los meses de abril de 2007 hasta el diluyente reci?n descongelado de julio 2008; luego de la diluci?n se llev? al laboratorio de la Empresa Genetica Especial (EGE Ltda), donde se efectu? el proceso de llenado y sellado de las pajillas por medio de equipos automatizados y computarizados de impresi?n. Posteriormente fueron congeladas para realizar las pruebas de postcongelaci?n inmediata evaluando la movilidad y el vigor de cada pajilla correspondiente a cada mes asi como se realiz? la prueba de resistencia (2 horas en ba?o maria a 37 grados centigrados). Luego se llevaron las muestras al laboratorio FUNCEP ubicado en Bogota D.C en donde se realizaron los cultivos en agar SANGRE a todas las pajillas. Se realiz? un testigo en fresco por medio de cultivo en el pool de eyaculados y con los 12 frascos de diluyente correspondientes a cada mes. Los resultados del estudio fueron sometidos a an?lisis estad?stico ANOVA y prueba de hipotesis; al final se concluy? que los diluyentes preparados tiempos atr?s se pueden utilizar para la criopreservaci?n del semen bovino teniendo en cuenta los dos parametros mas importantes, como son la movilidad, vigor y que contengan los valores minimos que se permiten internacionalmente en cuanto a bacteriolog?a. | dc.description | In order to establish the parameters of microbial growth in the semen tried of the bovine species and with the intention of overcoming the restlessness that it represents to use the extender that has been elaborated months behind due to the fact that the power of his antibiotics diminishes, one tries to realize the comparative study of the microbial development facing the bovine semen tried in extenders of 12 months of production and with extender newly defrosted. We worked different races of bulls (Brahman, Gyr, Guzerat, black and red Holstein, Jersey, Braunvieh, Simenthal, Dun Swiss, Norman, Senepol, Angus) of ages that range between 3 and 14 years, in the reproductive head plant located in Tenjo Cundinamarca, realizing collections for artificial vagina, and / or for electroeyaculacion.
After realized the collection the obtained volumes were mixed achieving a pool of ejaculated to which parameters were evaluated for freezing (Volume, concentration, mobility, normality). Immediately afterwards the respective calculations were realized for the dilution of every centimeter or two centimeters of the pull by the extender of every month, between April, 2007 up to the thinner newly defrosted of July, 2008; after the dilution it removed to the laboratory of the Genetic Special Company (EGE Ltda), where the process of filling was effected and sealed of the straws by means of automated equipments of printing. Later they were frozen to realize the tests of immediate postfreezing evaluating the mobility and the vigor of every straw corresponding to every month like that like it realized the endurance test (2 hours in bain-marie to 37 centigrade degrees). Then they took the samples to themselves to the laboratory FUNCEP located in Bogota D.C where the cultures realized in agar BLOOD to all the straws. A witness carried out in fresh air by means of culture in the pool of ejaculated and with 12 flasks of thinner corresponding to every month. The results of the study were submitted to statistical analysis ANOVA and proof of hypothesis; ultimately one concluded that the prepared thinners times behind can be in use for the criopreservaci?n of the bovine semen bearing both parameters in mind more important, since they are the mobility, vigor and that contain the minimal values that are allowed internationally as for bacteriology.
