| dc.description | Resumo Neste artigo, defende-se que o campo educacional colombiano, foi direcionado por políticas destinadas a alterar ou adaptar as diferenças e identidades individuais ou coletivas, no entanto, os programas de educação pública, estabelecidos ao longo do século XX, especialmente 1950-1980, foram formados numa cenária socialização política que esparziu os prejuízos que suportado os obstáculos para o desenvolvimento das capacidades de participação, afirmação e agência autônoma das identidades ou populações diferenciadas por critérios étnicos e raciais. O problema projeta- se, a sua vez, em a pergunta de sim as políticas de educação para a cidadania são configuradas em modos de reconhecimento ideológico das identidades submetidas a relações de falso reconhecimento. Resumen En este artículo, se defiende la idea de que el ámbito educativo colombiano ha estado regido por políticas orientadas a alterar o adaptar diferencias e identidades individuales o colectivas. De manera que los programas de educación ciudadana, implementados a lo largo del siglo XX, en especial de 1950 a 1980, se constituyeron en escenario de socializaciones políticas que propagaban los prejuicios en que se respaldaban los obstáculos para el desarrollo de las capacidades de participación, representación, afirmación y agencia autónoma de las identidades o poblaciones diferenciadas por criterios étnico-raciales. Este problema se proyecta, a su vez, en la pregunta de si las políticas de educación ciudadana, se han configurado en modos de reconocimiento ideológico de las identidades sometidas a relaciones de falso reconocimiento. Thus, that the programs of education for citizenship, implemented throughout the 20th century, especially from 1950 to 1980, constituted the scene of political socialization that spread prejudices which are obstacles to the development of the capacity for participation, representation, statement and autonomous agency identities or populations differentiated by ethno-racial criteria are supported. This problem is projected, in turn, on the question of whether the policies of civic education in 1950-1980 are configured in modes of ideological recognition of ethnic and racial identities relations under false recognition. | |

No obstante lo anterior, la enunciación de las autorizaciones es meramente enunciativa y no descartan nuevas formas de explotación económica y editorial no descritas en este contrato por parte del AUTOR del artículo, a modo individual. 3.
