| dc.description | El artículo 113 de la Constitución Política estableció que el poder público estaría integrado por tres ramas: ejecutiva, legislativa y judicial y por los órganos autónomos e independientes, encargados de garantizar el cumplimiento de las demás funciones del Estado. A través de una explicación esquemática y orgánica, este artículo analiza el ejercicio de la función legislativa no sólo en relación con la organización y composición del Congreso de la República, sino también de la manera como se cumple el ejercicio de la tarea legislativa, la cual no sólo se limita a la expedición de leyes sino que incluye el desempeño de funciones constituyentes, de control político, judiciales, administrativas de control público y de protocolo. Abstract Article 113 of OUT Political constitution established that Public Power would be forrned by three branches: legislative, executive and judicial and by the autonomous and independent organs in charge of ensuring the perforrnance of the other functions of the State. Through this schematic and organic explanation the present article analyses the exercise of the legislative function, not only related to the organization and composition of the Congress, but also related to the way the legislative task is perforrned, which not only is restricted to the expedition of laws but it also indudes theperformance of constitutionalfunctions, political control, judicial, administrative and protocol. | |
