| dc.description | Con el fin de investigar la utilización de pruebas psicológicas por parte de los psicólogos colombianos, se aplicó una encuesta a 200 profesionales de la psicología, que trabajaban en las principales ciudades del país y en distintas áreas de la disciplina. Los resultados se comrastaron con los que encontró González (1977) dos décadas atrás. Los 10 tests psicológicos más usados por los psicólogos colombianos son los siguientes, en orden de frecuencia:(l) Wechsler (WAIS - RyWlSC - R), (2) MMPI- 2, (3) 16 PF, (4) California Personality Inventory (CPI), (5) Inventario de Ansiedad Estado Rasgo, (6) Luria-Nebraska Neuropsychological Battery, (7) Eysenck personality Inventory (EPI), (8) Kuder Preference Record, (9) Habilidades Mentales Primasias, y (10) Rorschach. Los cambios que se han encontrado se analizan en el comex[O del desarrollo de la profesión del psicólogo en Colombia durante las dos últimas décadas.Palabras claves: Tests psicológicos, Psicología como profesión.With the purpose of investigating on the implementation of psychological tests performed by Colombian psychologists, a survey was conducted covering 200 psychologists from different areas of specialty and who work in the country's main cities. Results were compared to those found by González (1977) two decades ago. Starting from the highest ranking, the top ten tests used by Colombian psychologists are the following: (l) Wechsler (WAIS - Rand WISC - R), (2) MMPI-2, (3) 16 PF, (4) California Personality Inventory (CPI), (5) Inventory of Anxiety State-Characterisrics, (6) Luria-Nebraska Neuropsychological Battery, (7) Eysenck Personality Inventory (EPI), (8) Kuder Preference Record, (9) Primary Mental Abilities, and (1O) Rorschach.
