| dc.description | Se estima que para el 2019 ingresaron a Colombia en promedio 163.207 venezolanos mensualmente de manera irregular, algunos en búsqueda de oportunidades de trabajo, mejores condiciones socioeconómicas, huida ante violaciones de derechos humanos, en definitiva búsqueda de mejor calidad de vida. Este fenómeno origino en la población Colombiana el aumento del desempleo, la delincuencia y el fortalecimiento de grupos armados al margen de la ley. Para mitigar esta problemática se propone la ejecución del “Centro de Atención Prioritaria e Integral para Migrantes de Paso ”. Quedará ubicado en la ciudad de Cúcuta, Norte de Santander. Este centro de atención brindará servicios médicos, atención psicológica, guarderías, atención a embarazadas, albergues, zonas comunes y deportivas, áreas para cultivar, un mercadillo y zona para brindarles talleres y capacitaciones. El complejo cuenta con tres edificaciones, dos de ellos cuentan con dos niveles y el tercero cuenta con tres niveles y un sótano. El sistema estructural de las edificaciones consiste en pórticos de concreto resistentes a momento con capacidad de disipación de energía especial, los cuales transfieren las cargas a la cimentación tipo zapata; que están apoyadas sobre un suelo arcilloso. La estructura cuenta con sistema de distribución de agua potable, red de desagüe, red contra incendios y sistema de recolección de agua lluvias gracias a los techos verdes. La propuesta cuenta con limitaciones como la alta sismicidad de la zona, amenaza de inundación dada la cercanía con el Río Táchira y la alta inversión que se requiere para el proyecto, mediante la planeación y el diseño se garantiza su éxito. Este proyecto nos permitirá mitigar la problemática social que estamos enfrentando actualmente con el fenómeno migratorio, apuntando a la autosostenibilidad, con el engranaje de procesos prioritarios, se brindara atención integral y personalizada, dando respuesta a una problemática actual de manera eficiente y provechosa. | |
| dc.description | It is estimated that, in 2019, an average of 163,207 Venezuelans entered Colombia on an irregular basis every month, some seeking work opportunities, better socio-economic conditions, fleeing in the face of human rights violations, in search of a better quality of life. This phenomenon originated in the Colombian population the increase in unemployment, crime and the strengthening of armed groups outside the law. In order to alleviate this problem, it is proposed that the "Priority and Comprehensive Care Centre for Migrants in Transit" be set up. It will be located in the city of Cúcuta, Norte de Santander. This care center will provide medical services, psychological care, nurseries, care for pregnant women, shelters, common and sports areas, farming areas, a market and area to provide workshops and training. The complex has three buildings, two of them have two levels and the third has three levels and a basement. The structural system of the buildings consists of concrete porticos resistant to moment with special energy dissipation capacity, which transfer the loads to the shoe-like foundation; they are supported on a clay soil. The structure has drinking water distribution system, drainage network, fire network and rainfall collection system thanks to green roofs. The proposal has limitations such as the high seismicity of the area, threat of flooding given the proximity to the Táchira River and the high investment required for the project, through planning and design is guaranteed its success. This project will enable us to mitigate the social problems that we are currently facing with the phenomenon of migration, aiming at self-sustainability, with the gearing of priority processes, providing comprehensive and personalized care, responding to a current problem in an efficient and profitable manner. | |
