| dc.description | Escritor. Ha colaborado como columnista en importantes diarios del Caribe y en la actualidad se desempeña como profesor de literatura en la Universidad del Norte, Barranquilla. Publicó los libros de cuentos Cuatro narradores colombianos (1984), Marihuana para Goering (1991), Tres para una mesa (1991), Señora Tentación (1994) y El espía inglés (2001), las novelas Deborah Kruel (1990) -que recibió la Segunda Mención en el Concurso de Novela Plaza y Janés en el año 1987-, Maracas en la ópera (1996) y Disfrázate como quieras (2002); la recopilación de artículos Crónicas casi históricas (1990) y los ensayos sobre el periodismo literario Escribir en Barranquilla (1998); la antología Veinticinco cuentos barranquilleros (2000) y el prólogo y edición íntegra de Voces 1917 – 1920 (2003). Premio Nacional de Periodismo Simón Bolívar por Mejor artículo cultural 2004 -el prólogo a la edición íntegra de la desaparecida revista Voces -proyecto de rescate de la Universidad del Norte, que también dirigió-, publicada en la revista El Malpensante-. | |

No obstante lo anterior, la enunciación de las autorizaciones es meramente enunciativa y no descartan nuevas formas de explotación económica y editorial no descritas en este contrato por parte del AUTOR del artículo, a modo individual. 3. Declara que el artículo es original y que es de su creación exclusiva, no existiendo impedimento de ninguna naturaleza para la cesión de derechos que esta haciendo, respondiendo además por cualquier acción de reivindicación, plagio u otra clase de reclamación que al respecto pudiera sobrevenir. 4. Que dicha autorización se hace a título gratuito. 5. Los derechos morales de autor sobre el artículo corresponden exclusivamente al AUTOR y en tal virtud, la UNIVERIDAD se obliga a reconocerlos expresamente y a respetarlos de manera rigurosa.
