| dc.description | El Gobierno Nacional de Colombia viene adelantando unas negociaciones de Paz con el grupo insurgente de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionaras de Colombia FARC – EP en La Habana (Cuba). Desde el comienzo de las negociaciones, el Presidente Juan Manuel Santos ha dicho que los acuerdos serán aprobados por el pueblo colombiano a través de un referendo constitucional. De conformidad con la doctrina de la Corte Constitucional sobre reformas a la Constitución Política, el referendo constitucional no sería la vía para aprobar dichos acuerdos sino que es necesario recurrir a una Asamblea Nacional Constituyente. | |
