dc.description.abstractEl propósito de la presente investigación fue comparar los perfiles de ADN plasmÍdico y proteínas de membrana externa (PME) de cepas de P. multocída tipo A, asociada con neumonía en cerdos con el fin de contribuir al estudio molecular de la epidemiología de la enfermedad. Se examinaron SO cepas de P. multocida de tres granjas porcícolas mediante el uso de geles de agarosa (perfiles de plásmidos} y geles de poliacrilamida (PME).
