dc.description.abstractSe realizó un estudio para evaluar la capacidad de adherencia al epitelio ciliado traqueal porcino, de cepas de P.multocída tipo A asociadas con neumonía enzoótica, infectando con estas cepas explantes traqueales obtenidos de lechones de 6-12 horas de nacidos, con un inóculo bacteriano de concentración 1 .5 x 108 UFC/ml, los cuales se incubaron durante períodos de 30 y 60 minutos, tres, cuatro, seis y 24 horas; al final del cual se realizó el conteo de bacterias adheridas al epitelio ciliado, con el fin de determinar el índice de adherencia de la Pasteurella alos explantes.
