dc.descriptionIt is a great privilege for me that the National School of the Judiciary has given me the opportunity to write these brief lines as a presentation of the work Criminal Procedural Law. And it constitutes a great privilege because I had the honorable opportunity to work from the School of the Judiciary on the idea of preparing a text of this nature, when I worked as the education and training manager of that prestigious institution of the Judiciary.
