| dc.description | This article summarizes the results of the research carried out on governance, justice and equity in the field of public administration, a legal technical contribution to the organizational and social development of government entities in a country. Within the components of this theme, it is constituted by the management of the critical thinking of different authors, as well as the guidelines for the conduct of the public administration of the state, linked to justice and equity in the provision of public service. For this, a documentary investigation and a detailed description review of the elements associated with this constitutional legal process were carried out, such as: legal aspects of governance; right to justice and equity, organizational culture and public administration. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente artículo resume los resultados de la investigación llevada a cabo sobre gobernabilidad, justicia y equidad en el ámbito de la administración pública, un aporte técnico jurídico al desarrollo organizacional y social de los entes gubernamentales de un país. Dentro de los componentes de esta temática, lo constituye la gestión del pensamiento crítico de diferentes autores, así como los lineamientos para la conducción de la administración pública del estado, vinculada con la justicia y equidad propia en la prestación de servicio público. Para ello se realizó una investigación documental y una revisión descripción detallada de los elementos asociados a este proceso jurídico constitucional como son: aspectos legales de la gobernabilidad; derecho de justicia y equidad, cultura organizacional y la administración pública. | es-ES |
