| dc.description | This article presents the results of the investigation whose objective was to carry out a prospective analysis of the financial reasons for the hydrocarbons business in Venezuela, determining a multiple linear regression function to forecast the behavior of the Revenues of the nation, based on the contributions that the state oil company must make based on its participation in the global market. Other variables affect the prospecting of this indicator, such as crude oil production, average basket price, taxes and royalties, exports and costs, among others, using annual series for the period 1999-2015. The sources consulted were the ministry of the area, the state oil company and the Central Bank. The applied methodology was bibliographic documentary, as well as analytical and interpretative, based on hermeneutics. The results showed the existence of a high statistical correlation between the total contributions to the nation with the selected independent variables; evidencing, at the same time, a high bivariate correlation between the incomes made by the state oil company via contributions to the nation with the forecast estimate. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente artículo presenta los resultados de la investigación cuyo objetivo fue realizar un análisis prospectivo de las razones financieras al negocio de los hidrocarburos en Venezuela, determinando una función de regresión lineal múltiple para pronosticar el comportamiento de los Ingresos de la nación, a partir de los aportes que la petrolera estatal debe realizar en función de su participación en el mercado global. En la prospección de este indicador inciden otras variables tales como la producción de crudo, precio de la cesta promedio, impuestos y regalías, las exportaciones y los costos, entre otros, utilizando series con frecuencia anual para el periodo 1999-2015. Las fuentes consultadas fueron el ministerio del área, la empresa petrolera estatal y el Banco Central. La metodología aplicada fue de carácter documental bibliográfico, así como analítico e interpretativo, basados en la hermenéutica. Los resultados arrojaron la existencia de una alta correlación estadística entre los aportes totales a la nación con las variables independientes seleccionadas; evidenciándose, al mismo tiempo, una alta correlación bi-variada entre los ingresos que realiza la empresa petrolera estatal vía aportes a la nación con la estimación pronosticada. | es-ES |
